ReadMyLips: Congressional Scorecard — A Living Archive is an ongoing series of animated portraits tracking every member of Congress by their voting record on reproductive health, using the Planned Parenthood Action Fund Congressional Scorecard as its baseline. To date, 51 members of Congress have been completed, with new portraits added on an ongoing basis. Each illustrated portrait spotlights a different U.S. Representative or Senator, identifying the district or state they represent, their Congressional Scorecard rating, how they voted on key reproductive health legislation, and a live countdown to their next election. By transforming public voting records into animated visual journalism, the series encourages viewers to learn where their elected officials stand and make informed choices at the ballot box. Each animation includes a QR code linking to additional information about the featured member of Congress and their public voting record.
